One of the many advantages of buying and moving into a new home is that it comes with a warranty. In Alberta, all new homes built by elite builders who meet the standards and stringent criteria required by The Alberta New Home Warranty Program (ANHWP) are protected by their 1-2-5-10 warranty program.

Broadview Homes is a proud member of the program. In addition to the standard warranty coverage, we purchase the extended coverage for all of our customers. This means that instead of the building envelop being covered for five years, it is covered for seven years. We feel it is important to provide customers with added peace of mind that comes with knowing their home is protected for longer.
